Club Car Wash

Took a new car through less than 2 weeks old, and it was scratch free. Went through and there were scratches. Filed the claim less than 3 hours after the wash. Club car wash won't cover repairs. That's about all you need to know regarding how these people run their business.

I love having a clean car and not having to worry about how often I bring it through. The vacuums are handy and efficient, and so nice that they provide the microfiber cloths to clean the interior. The power wash does well at getting the bugs off (important when you do a lot of road trips). After every wash, my husband says he's so happy we have the membership.

Quality is substandard. I purchased the MVP wash, and my vehicle is still covered in spots, bugs, and there is still dirt on the top of the bumper and other places. For $26 and the risk of damage that they wont pay for from their soft touch scrub machine, it's not unreasonable to expect better. It's similar to paying lobster prices and receiving cod

On June 3rd, I visited Club Car Wash at 1555 W Mason St, Green Bay, WI 54303. While driving my 2018 Subaru Impreza hatchback through the tunnel, the antenna located on the roof of my vehicle broke. Upon detailed inspection at home on 6/6/2026, I noticed it was bent and cracked to the right. According to the business's vehicle restrictions and liability limits, vehicles over 7 years old are not eligible for repairs, and damage to any style antennas cannot be fixed. Given the damage caused by their motorized 'soft touch' machine, despite being advertised as soft touch, I strongly advise against using soft touch washes and recommend opting for touch-free washes instead like Kwik Trip instead. Unfortunately, due to the lack of accountability for damages, I would advise completely avoiding this business as they do not demonstrate responsibility for damages caused to customers' vehicles

Black vehicles are always the hardest to keep clean. That’s why I have a Club membership. I go there often, and my GMC always looks great.
